The game in supposed to be also quite interesting. Leader Halcones (3-0) played at the court of 5th ranked Coeindeguasa (1-4). Halcones smashed Coeindeguasa 81-45 on Friday. Halcones shot 21 for 41 from the free-throw line, while Coeindeguasa only scored three points from the stripe. The best player for the winners was point guard David Monterroso (180-1979) who scored 29 points and 9 rebounds. The former international swingman Miguel Gonzalez (187-1990) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Four Halcones players scored in double figures. Carlos Sanchez produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and Henry Alay added 13 points respectively for the hosts. Coeindeguasa's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Halcones have a solid series of three victories in a row.
