They outrebounded UNI 48-28 including 32 on the offensive glass. Dominican center Yamile Rodriguez (188-1994, college: ETSU) notched a double-double by scoring 24 points and 23 rebounds to lead the effort and Colombian forward Lizeth Cuadros (-1995) supported her with 24 points and 5 rebounds. Even 30 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists by American swingman Jessica Fairweather (178-1989, college: Queens, NY) did not help to save the game for UNI. Puerto Rican Glennys Rosa added 19 points and 6 steals. Leonas have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Tipitapa. Newly promoted UNI still closes the standings with 12 games lost.
