FAS Fever 2 dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Santa Tecla ITD's 34. They outrebounded Santa Tecla ITD 59-33 including a 19-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. FAS Fever 2 looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Santa Tecla ITD's players. Yayma Peillon had a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!) and 20 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Cuban Anisleidys Galindo (181-1989) chipped in 11 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. FAS Fever 2's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Liliana Alvarado (172-1997) responded with 15 points and 8 rebounds and Cuban point guard Arlenys Romero (176-1984) scored 22 points.
