Quezaltepeque's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dominican Jonatan Bello (-2001) replied with 26 points and 5 rebounds and Dominican forward Adonis Lopez (-1997) added 12 points, 19 rebounds and 4 blocks in the effort for San Salvador. Quezaltepeque moved-up to second place. San Salvador at the other side dropped to the fifth position with three games lost. Quezaltepeque will play against bottom-ranked Chalchuapa (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
