Very significant was Real Esteli's (#2, 15-4) victory against 3rd placed No Fear (11-8) 75-64. They outrebounded No Fear 68-35 including a 35-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. Real Esteli players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international center Jenny Salomon who led the winners and scored 9 points and 15 rebounds. American forward Deijah Blanks (178, college: St.Edward's) accounted for 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side. Center Linda Patterson came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and guard Deysha Omier added 13 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for No Fear in the defeat. Real Esteli (15-4) have an impressive series of thirteen victories in a row. Defending champion (15-4) used an opportunity after Jaguares lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. No Fear at the other side keeps the third place with eight games lost.
