There was a minor upset when much higher ranked Tomas L. (1-2) was defeated on the road by fifth ranked Liceo Curico (1-3) 64-46 on Saturday. Liceo Curico outrebounded Tomas L. 45-31 including a 39-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. Forward Sebastian Riquelme (188-1995) fired 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winners.
