The game between Top Four teams took place in . Third ranked host Mineras (10-6) defeated second-ranked Pastoras (11-5) 86-79. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Pastoras. Mineras forced 29 Pastoras turnovers. Pastoras were plagued by 31 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for Vanessa Reyes (-2007) who led the winners and scored 17 points. Maiberlyng Torrealba (-1996) accounted for 9 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
