Bermuda took on Alberta War Scouts on Day Three of the HaiCo World Indigenous Basketball Challenge going on at the Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Bermuda came away with an 86 - 56 victory, Bermuda started the game actually found themselves down 8-0 but led at the end of the first quarter 20-17, Bermuda had then built a 20 point lead at the half time break. Bermuda had a very balanced scoring attack with 6 players in double figures. Dean Jones led Bermuda to victory with 13 points, while Jason Lowe (193-F/G-85) and Kieron Burgess both added 12 points. Tejour Riley scored 11 points, while Bermuda's youngest player fresh out of high school Mykal Glasgow had 10 along with former professional player Sullivan Phillips (198-G/F-79, college: Wash.Adventist).

West victorious in IBL All-Star Game - 1 month ago
The Bermuda Island Basketball Season came to a close inside the Cedarbridge Academy Gymnasium, with the playing of their All-Star Game. The West defeated the east 103 - 90 in a high scoring game. Jah'nique Hogan scored 22 points to lead the West to victory, while regular season and championship game MVP Dean Jones scored 20 points for the East. Tsunami Win 2017 IBL Play-offs - 2 months ago
Tsunami are the new one Island Basketball League Champions, after they defeated he Flyboys 81 - 54 to take Game 2 of the Best of 3 and raise the Ryan Brunson Trophy in their first year as an expansion team. Regular season MVP Dean Jones also captured the Finals MVP Award.
