Louis Munks
Vikingos de Tarija is looking to climb in the standings of Bolivia's Libobasquet as the 2016 edition heads to its 6th round. As the general management attempts to improve the roster, they decided to bring in American PG Louis Munks (190-G-90, college: Prairie View A&M), a former player of Chile's Puente Alto and Canada's Brampton A's.

Munks is a 25 year-old, 1.90m tall point guard from Arlington, Texas, who is supposed to make an immediate impact in the team's scoring. He played for Prairie View A&M in the NCAA and started his pro career back in 2014, playing for SKP Banska Bystrica in Slovakia's SBL. He averaged 12.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 steals per game.

He then spent part of the 2015-2016 season playing for Puente Alto in Chile's Liga Nacional, performing very well with an average of 22.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.7 steals in 21 games, including a 36.6% in three-point shots and 79.3% in free-throws. Most recently, he spent a couple of months playing for Brampton in Canada's NBL.
