Universidad Tecnica de Santa Cruz (Libobasquet) agreed terms with experienced 37-year old international power forward Miguel Angel Justiniano (194-80) from Amistad.
Justiniano played in the final of Bolivian Libobasquet Clausura in 2015.
He also represented Bolivia at the South American Championships in Caracas (Venezuela) last year. His stats at that event were 5 games: 1.6ppg, 1.8rpg.
Justiniano has spent his entire career in Bolivia playing for four other teams: Real, Nonis, Univ.Domingo and Vikingos.
Justiniano is close to retirement age as a player. It's very possible he may end his playing career at Universidad Tecnica de Santa Cruz.
