The team of Vila Velha/Cetaf announced the hiring of a new head coach, Daniel Wattfy will lead the team in the fifth edition of the NBB.
The coach has experience stints in Franca, Araraquara, Campo Mourao and was coaching the America de Sao Jose do Rio Preto team in the last Paulista State Championship where the team sat out of the competition's at the playoffs when was eliminated in the semi-final of the Silver Series by the Palmeiras team.
Wattfy now has less than a month to get his team ready for the NBB, a new player was also announced by the managers, the small forward Rodrigo Cesar Silva (205-F/C-88) of 24 years old and 2.05 m height was add to the Vila Velha/Cetaf roster to help the team. The player defended the Minas jersey for many years, last season he averaged almost 12 minutes, 2.81 points and 3.37 rebounds per game.
