Prestes
Uniceub/BRB/Brasilia (NBB) signed 25-year old Brazilian ex-international center Paulo Prestes (210-120kg-88). He just played at Herbalife Gran Canaria 2014 in Spanish ACB league. In 7 games this season he had 4.3ppg and 3.9rpg. The last season Prestes played at Pieno Zvaigzdes in Lithuanian LKL. In 11 games last year he recorded 6.9ppg and 5.5rpg. He helped them to make it to the cup final. Prestes also played 4 games in Baltic League where he recorded 5.3ppg and 3.8rpg.
The previous (10-11) season he played at CB Granada in Spanish EBA. In 34 games that season he recorded 7.3ppg and 5.3rpg.
Three years ago Prestes was drafted by Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) in second round (45th overall).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LEB Gold 3rd Team back in 2009.
Prestes was also a member of Brazilian international program for some years. He played for Brazilian Senior National Team between 2006 and 2009 and previouslyfor U19 National Team in 2007. Prestes represented Brazil at the Lusofonia Championships in Lisbona (Portugal) four years ago.
He has played previously professionally in Spain (Unicaja Malaga, UCAM Murcia, Unicaja II Malaga and Clinicas Rincon) and Brazil (COC Ribeirao and Sao Jose/Vinac).

Paschoalotto/Bauru (NBB) signed 24-year old American point guard Kendall Anthony (173-69kg-93, college: Richmond) from Macae Basquete. In 29 NBB games in Brazil he had very impressive stats: 20.7ppg, 3.5rpg and 5.7apg last season. Great year as he was named to Brazilian All-Star Game. The most of previous (2015-16) season Anthony spent at BK Usti nad Labem in Czech Republic NBL where in 15 games he recorded 12.7ppg, 1.3rpg and 2.1apg. Mogi das Cruzes/Helbor (NBB) signed 24-year old point guard Patrick Vieira (186-93) from Caxias do Sul BasqueteTriches. In 27 NBB games he had 10.5ppg, 2.7rpg, 1.5apg and 1.4spg last season. The previous (2016) summer Vieira played at Liga Sorocaba (Paulista) where in 17 games he was the best scorer with impressive 19.9ppg and averaged 3.6rpg, 1.8apg and 2.3spg (in top 2) in 2016 season.
