Anderson
Varejao
Brasilian,Anderson Varejao (205-C-82), who was having one of his best season as an NBA player
is reported to be done for the season with the Cleveland Cavs.
Anderson, who was leading the NBA in rebounding before tearing a leg muscle
a week ago, and was scheduled to be out for a few weeks.
Doctors have now discovered a blood clot in his right lung and he is now
finished for the 2012-13 season.
Blood clots require blood thinning medicine, and players cannot play in the
NBA when they are on blood thinning medicine.
The Cavs are 10-32 and Andy was a bright spot for the struggling team
and was set to play in the all-star game before the injuries.
Blood clots are very serious and lets hope that Andy can come back from
his latest injury.
