Clube Desportivo Torres Novas (Liga Feminina) agreed terms with 21-year old Brazilian forward Gabriela De Paula (180-96). just played at Divino/COC/Jundiai in Brazilian Paulista. De Paula missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
Despite young age De Paula had impressive career. She was voted Latinbasket.com All-FIBA Americas U18 1st Team back in 2014.
She represented Brazil at the World Championships U19 in Chekhov (Russia) two years ago. Her stats at that event were 7 games: 14.1ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.0apg, 1.7spg, FGP: 48.0%, FT: 51.9%.
