Prosper
Windsor Express (NBL Canada) agreed terms with 28-year old British V.Islands power forward Lester Prosper (208-106kg-88, college: Old Westbury). He played last summer at Obregon in Mexican CIBACOPA. In 12 games he had very impressive stats: 15.5ppg and 9.0rpg. Prosper also played for San Lazaro (District National) in Dominican Rep. league that season.
Three years ago (two years after he left the college) Prosper was drafted by Maine Red Claws (D-League) in sixth round (95th overall).
He attended Old Westbury (NCAA Div.III) until 2011 and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
Prosper was voted All-Skyline Conference 1st Team back in 2011 at his college time.
Prosper represented British Virgin Islands at the Skyline Conference Championship six years ago.
He is quite experienced player. Prosper has played in eight different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Colombia (Islanders), Russia (Spartak Primorie Vladivostok), Saudi Arabia (Al Wehda), Slovakia (Prievidza and Handlova), Spain (Araberri), Sweden (Norrkoping Dolphins), United Kingdom (Cheshire Phoenix) and Canada (Power).
