Team Nicaragua completed a successful campaign in San Salvador, advancing to COCABA Final Four at the end of three days of play. After falling to favourite team Costa Rica, 83-65 in Day 1, the team coached by Angel Mallona upset home team El Salvador, 70-66 in Day 2, with Walter Roberts (188-F-85) leading the way, and then defeated Honduras in the decisive Day 3, at the end of a very close game, who needed of an OT to find the winner [read more]
