Jorge Ebanks
London Lions (BBL) signed 29-year old naturalized Caymanian small forward Jorge Ebanks (185-86). He was about to sign at SG Sechtem 1971 in German Regionalliga. The last season Ebanks played at Angrabasket (1.Divisao) in Portuguese league.
The previous (13-14) season he played at Tees Valley (EBL D1). In 11 games he had very impressive stats: 20.4ppg, 3.9rpg, 5.5apg and 3.4spg in 2013-14 season. Great year as he was voted Eurobasket.com All-British EBL Division One Domestic Player of the Year, Eurobasket.com All-British EBL Division One Defensive Player of the Year and named to 1st Team.
In the summer of 2013 Ebanks played at George Town Sports Centre (National League) in Cayman Islands. He won Cayman Islands CIBA championship title in 2011. Ebanks represented United Kingdom at the CBC Championships in Nassau (Bahamas) four years ago. His stats at that event were 4 games: 12.5ppg, 4.5rpg, 2.8apg, Steals-3(2.8spg), FGP: 47.1%, 3PT: 19.2%, FT: 50.0%.
Ebanks has played also professionally in USA, APBL (Buffalo S.) and Cayman Islands (Warriors).

Sol Blazers caught up with Silver Bullets on top of League's standings. Sol Blazers outgunned their key rivals 92:89 in the key matchup of the week. Shaad O'Garro (199-F/G-90, college: Le Moyne-Owen) scored 34 points and grabbed 14 boards to pace the winners. Samuel O'Garro (195-G-88, college: Eckerd) added 30 points and 10 rebounds for Sol Blazers as they improved at 8-1 record. Davion Cotterell responded with 29 points for Silver Bullets.
