CD Valdivia outgunned AB Ancud to force the sixth game in the series. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. American Durrell Summers (193-89, college: Michigan St.) stepped up and scored 23 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import forward Arnold Louis (201-90, college: Savannah St., agency: HMS) chipped in 18 points and 11 rebounds. American forward Reginald Larry (198-86, college: Boise St., agency: Pro Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and Venezuelan swingman Francisco Centeno (201-85) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Osorno fired past Las Animas to take 3-2 lead in the series. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 94-62. Osorno Basquetbol dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Las Animas' 32. The best player for the winners was American forward Brandon Robinson (198-89, college: Clayton St.) who scored 23 points and 5 rebounds. Swingman Rodrigo Munoz (186-80) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds. American center Terrell Taylor (203-81, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Aspire Sports) produced 12 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import guard Dominic Cheek (198-91, college: Villanova) added 14 points respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

CDU Concepcion nipped CDE Talca to stay alive. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Espanol de Talca won third quarter 19-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Universidad de Concepcion forced 19 Espanol de Talca turnovers. Espanol de Talca was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Jamaican-American guard Akeem Scott (185-83, college: High Point) saved the victory by scoring 21 points and 5 assists. American forward Anthony Danridge (196-86, college: N.Mexico) contributed with 24 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Scott is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Universidad de Concepcion's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American forward Dwight McCombs (203-89, college: Cent.Florida) answered with 23 points and 8 rebounds and the former international guard Eduardo Sepulveda (186-86) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Espanol de Talca.
