Cory
Bradford
Sabios de Manizales (Liga DirecTV) signed 38-year old American guard Cory Bradford (191-78, college: Illinois). He played last summer at Cafeteros (Liga DirecTV). In 20 games he had very impressive stats: 17.8ppg, 3.8rpg, 4.3apg and 1.0spg. He was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-William Jones Cup 2nd Team in 2014 and 2015. Bradford won Colombian Liga DirecTV championship title in 2013. Bradford represented USA at the Arab Club Championships five years ago.
He is quite experienced player. Bradford has played also professionally in Cyprus, France (JDA Dijon and Besancon), Hungary (Alba), Jordan (ASU), Lebanon (Al Moutahed), Mexico, Qatar (Al Ahli and Al Rayyan), UAE, Venezuela, Colombia (Barrancabermeja Ciudad Futuro, Islanders and Guerreros) and United Arab Emirates (Al Sharjah).
He is close to retirement age as a player. It's very possible he may end his playing career at Sabios.
Bradford attended University of Illinois until 2002 and it will be his 14th (!!!) season as a professional player.
