Jose Carlos Barquero, President of CostaRican Basketball Federation (FeCoBa), released this week an official statement regarding the position of Liceo de Costa Rica and the FeCoBa decision to ban this club fron the Clausura Tournment of LBS. Otherwise, the club will lose the LBS franchise and will be forced to restart from lower division, as did Grecia and Limon, and like UCR is doing this season. For sure, Liceo The Lyceum leaves a great void, because during its stay in LBS won eight National Championships, four National Cup tournaments, and one edition of Central America Club Competition.
