#1. This week''s number one is former international forward Georvys Elias (199-81), who plays in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). Elias played for the Cuban senior national team three years ago.

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Cuban passport:

#1. Howard Sant-Roos (198-G/F-91) led Spot Up Medien Baskets to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked Dragons Rhoendorf (13-9) 92-73 in the German ProB (third division) in Saturday night''s game. He scored 17 points, made 4 passes and 5 steals in 37 minutes. Spot Up Medien Baskets Braunschweig (16-8) is placed fourth in Group North. It''s Sant-Roos'' first season with the team. Sant-Roos belongs to league''s most steals and is ranked #2 with 3.2spg. He also averaged so far 17.8ppg, 5.0rpg and 3.9apg in the 25 games he played so far.
