Here is the weekly review of the top performing Cuban players, who play currently abroad.

Georvys Elias
Georvys Elias
#1. This week''s number one is former international forward Georvys Elias (199-81), who plays in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). Elias could not help Tenerife (4-15) to beat Las Rozas (7-14). He did not impress in that game on Saturday. Elias scored only 1 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 3 assists. The bottom-ranked Tenerife was defeated 75-71 at home by the league outsider Las Rozas (#13). It was Tenerife''s third consecutive loss in a row. Elias is currently fourth on the league''s list of best rebounders. He has very reliable stats this season: 12.9ppg, 8.5rpg, 1.8apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 51.6%, 3FGP: 26.7% and FT: 52.9%. Elias played for the Cuban senior national team three years ago.

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Cuban passport:

#1. Howard Sant-Roos (198-G/F-91) led Spot Up Medien Baskets to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked Dragons Rhoendorf (13-9) 92-73 in the German ProB (third division) in Saturday night''s game. He scored 17 points, made 4 passes and 5 steals in 37 minutes. Spot Up Medien Baskets Braunschweig (16-8) is placed fourth in Group North. It''s Sant-Roos'' first season with the team. Sant-Roos belongs to league''s most steals and is ranked #2 with 3.2spg. He also averaged so far 17.8ppg, 5.0rpg and 3.9apg in the 25 games he played so far.
