Taylor Garcia
Taylor Garcia
#2. Second place goes to former international point guard Taylor Garcia (182-87, currently plays in Spain). He led Quintanar to a 1-point victory against the ninth-ranked Azuqueca (8-6) 80-79 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) last Saturday. Garcia scored 16 points, made 5 passes and 4 steals in 40 minutes. Basket Globalcaja Quintanar (8-4) is placed sixth in Group B. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Garcia has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 15.1ppg, 2.9rpg, 3.8apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 50.8%, 3FGP: 35.7% and FT: 87.5% in 12 games he played so far. Garcia played for the Cuban national team in 2009.
