Matanzas advanced into LSB Finals. They bounced back from the loss in Game 3 and rallied past Villa Clara to win the series 3-1. Humberto Garcia (203-C-85) delivered 18 points to lead the winners. William Granda (189-SG-85, agency: Pro Sports) contributed 17 points.

Capitalinos - Pinar del Rio 72-75

Pinar del Rio sealed their title series appearance. They upset Capitalinos to win the series 3-1. Strangely Capitalinos outrebounded Pinar 39-14 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international point guard Osmel Oliva (178-87) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 4 steals and the former international point guard Yosiel Monterrey (185-88) who added 17 points and 5 steals during the contest. At the losing side international forward Karel Guzman (188-95) responded with 24 points and 4 assists and the former international forward Esteban Martinez (192-87) scored 23 points and 6 rebounds. Capitalinos' coach Rainel Panfet tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
