Christopher Moore (ex Titanes Licey) agreed terms with Libertadores - Dec 8, 2017

LNBP newcomer Libertadores de Queretaro strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 35-year old American forward Christopher Moore (205-111kg-82, college: Virginia Union). The last time (16) he played at Titanes Licey in LNB league in Dominican Republic. Moore missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
In 2009 (four years after he left the college) Moore was drafted by Los Angeles D-Fenders (D-League) in fifth round (67th overall).
He attended Virginia Union University (NCAA Div.II) until 2005 and it is his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements Moore won Dominican Rep.-SFM Abaprodu League championship title in 2016. He received also All-Jordanian League 1st Team award back in 2013.
Moore is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America) in sixteen different countries. Moore has played previously professionally also in Argentina, Bahrain (Al-Ittihad), Bulgaria, Colombia (Marinos de Bolivar, Islanders and Patriotas), Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco (CRA Hoceima), Paraguay, Qatar, Syria, Tunisia (Ezzahra), Uruguay (Stockolmo), Venezuela (Panteras), Jordan (Kofer Yoba) and Mexico (Mineros de Caborca).
He is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Libertadores.
The scouts decsribe him following way: Potential NBA Small Forward. Can play both 4 and 3 positions. Strong finisher in fast-break, very good rebounder on both ends. Moore is a solid defender who can block shots. Nice footwork, has an excellent 3 point shot, and can score inside. Was a late bloomer coming out of NCAA2 Powerhouse Virginia Union, but definently has developed a nice all around game.
