Final Brazil - USA 47-71 USA won the Gold at U18 FIBA Americas Championship. They cruised past Brazil 71-47 to defend the title in Gurabo. Brazil opened the game better making 16-7 lead in the first ten minutes, but all after that belonged to USA. They needed just few minutes to tie the score and later USA went to the halftime with 5-point lead.
