They went on a 21:7 run to take a comfortable 52:32 lead at the third break. Guatemala never recovered as Honduras breezed to the victory in the fourth frame. Edgardo Garcia notched 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for Honduras. Erick Mejia answered with 9 points for Guatemala. Christian Diaz chipped in 8 points in the loss.
