Honduras U16 - Guatemala U16 70:42
Honduras celebrated the first win at the home COCABA U16 Championship. The hosts prevailed against Guatemala for 1-3 record in the ladder. Guatemala stayed winless. Adrian Bejarano stepped up with 24 points for the home side.
Guatemala and Honduras traded baskets throughout the opening quarter. The teams were tied at 14 after ten minutes. Honduras pulled ahead in the second frame. They registered a 31:25 halftime advantage. The hosts broke free in the third term. They went on a 21:7 run to take a comfortable 52:32 lead at the third break. Guatemala never recovered as Honduras breezed to the victory in the fourth frame. Edgardo Garcia notched 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for Honduras. Erick Mejia answered with 9 points for Guatemala. Christian Diaz chipped in 8 points in the loss.

Honduras U16-Panama U16 34:74
Panama keep Honduras winless at the COCABA U16 Championship. They won 74:34 and improved to 2-1 record. Honduras meanwhile suffered the third straight loss.
Panama was the favorite of the game and proved their ambitions with 17-8 in the start of the game. Panama posted another 13-7 surge in the second period for 30:15 halftime advantage. Moreover the second half also belonged to Panama. The latter won the third period 26-12 and finished the game with 18-7 in the last stanza.
Luis Henriquez paced all the winners with 26 points and 10 rebounds, while Christian Arosemena notched 21. Khalil Balmaceda finished the game with 9 points in a win. Bejarano Nolasco Adrian Abel ended up with 15 points in defeat, while Garcia Nunez Edgardo Jose posted 7.
