Memphis Grizzlies released 26-year old Jamaican international center Jerome Jordan (213-100kg-86, college: Tulsa). He also spent pre-season at the Rockets earlier that year.
The last season Jordan played at the Knicks. In 22 NBA games last year he had just 2.0ppg and 1.3rpg. He also played at Erie Bay Hawks that season. In 8 D-League games he recorded very impressive stats: 18.6ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.5apg and 2.5bpg. The other team Jordan played shortly was Krka in Slovenian league. In four Eurocup games he recorded 11.8ppg, 7.3rpg, 1.5apg and 1.3bpg. He also played 10 games in Adriatic League where he recorded 12.2ppg and 5.2rpg.
Two years ago Jordan was drafted by Milwaukee Bucks in second round (44th overall). He attended The University of Tulsa until 2010 and it is his third season in pro basketball. Jordans team won Slovenian Supercup.
He was voted All-Centrobasket 2nd Team in 2012. Jordan also represented Jamaica at the CARICOM Championships six years ago. His team won Gold and his stats at that event were : 5 games: 2.6ppg.
Jordan has played also professionally in Serbia (Vrsac).

WEYINMI ROSE Atenas Cordoba (LigaA) tabbed 31-year old Jamaican ex-international swingman Weyinmi Rose (196-96kg-86, college: Providence). He has a double citizenship as he also holds Nigerian passport. RoseAl Shurtah in Iraqi IBL league. The last summer he played at Huracanes in Dominican Rep. LNB where in 10 games he averaged impressive 16.0ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.6apg and 1.7spg. Rose's team made it to the Puerto Rican Manuel Zeno Gandia Cup final in 2015.
