Al Rayyan Doha (D1) landed 25-year old Jamaican power forward Shakir Johnson (205-103kg-87, college: Metropolitan State of Denver). He played most recently at CSS Giurgiu in Romanian Division A. In 5 games last season he averaged 4.0ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.0bpg. Johnson also played at Giurgiu (NCAA Div.II) in Division A that season. In 5 games last year he had 4.0ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.0bpg.
He just graduated from Metropolitan State of Denver and it will be his first season in pro basketball.
Johnson played in the final of RMAC Regular Season in 2011.
He received also All-RMAC Defensive Player of the Year award in 2011 at his college time.

DYLAN ENNIS Tecnyconta Zaragoza (Liga Endesa) strengthened their roster with addition of 26-year old Jamaican ex-international point guard Dylan Ennis (187-87kg-91, college: Oregon, agency: BeoBasket).
