Sek Henry
Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez (ProA) added to their roster 29-year old American (has also Jamaican passport) guard Sek Henry (193-91kg-87, college: Nebraska). He played last season at CAI Zaragoza in Spanish Liga Endesa. In 31 games he had 5.3ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.6apg. Henry also played 16 games in Eurocup where he recorded 4.8ppg, 1.5rpg and 2.8apg.
The previous (2015) summer he was tested by Piratas in BSN. But in only one game he did not score anything.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Henry's team made it to the Polish Cup final in 2013. He was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-Japanese BJ League Honorable Mention back in 2011.
Henry is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in five different countries. Henry tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Italy (Enel Brindisi and Betaland Capo d'Orlando), Puerto Rico, Venezuela (Bucaneros), Poland (AZS Koszalin) and Japan (Akita Happinets).
Henry attended University of Nebraska until 2010 and it will be his seventh season as a professional player.
On Henry: Can spend time in both guard positions thanks to solid body and good fundamentals. Has good game reading and leadership, shoots lefthanded with good accuracy and his game is very physical.
