Arecibo - Lanus 82-91 Lanus capped their Liga Americas campaign with victory. They overcame Capitanes de Arecibo on the final day of the Final Four stage. Fernando Martina (202-F/C-81) knocked down 19 points to lead the winners. With Pinheiros/Sky grabbing the title a day earlier the teams had no pressure on them entering this one. Lanus - Pinheiros/Sky 66-82 Pinheiros/Sky ensured the Liga Americas title. The Brazilian team recorded the second straight win in the tournament beating Lanus and claimed the title with one round left at the Final Four stage. Marcio Dornelles (194-SF-75) stepped up with 21 points for the winners. Lanus eked out a 16:15 lead after ten minutes of action. The Brazilian team surged ahead in the second quarter.
