Ana Karen Bernal Armendariz was the leading player in victory with double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds. Narda Valeria Salceda Jimenez had 14 pts, 5 rebounds and 9 assists, while Nohemi Lopez Arguello also helped Mexico with 14 points. In defeat, Cheisy Carolay Hernandez top-scored with 17 pts. Silva has played previously professionally in Portugal (Barcelos) and Nigeria (First Bank). She attended Oklahoma State until 2007 and it will be her sixth season as a professional player.
