Zonkeys de Tijuana (CIBACOPA) signed American guard Sean Gardner (196-81kg). He just graduated from Arkansas State University (NCAA). Gardner has played there for the last three years after moving from Motlow State in JUCO. In 30 games he had 10.4ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.7apg last season.
As mentioned above he is just out of college, so it will be Gardner's first season as a professional player.

27-year old guard Isaac Sosa Carrion (190-G-90) put on an amazing game in the last round for Panteras and receives a Latinbasket.com LNBP Player of the Week award for round 17. He had the game-high 32 points adding three rebounds and six assists for Panteras in his team's victory, helping them to beat Libertadores (#11, 4-11) 102-87.
