Toros topped Bufalos to even the Finals at 1-1. The hosts trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 29-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Toros forced 23 Bufalos turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international Thomas Vansdell (185-86) who scored 24 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. American power forward Aramie Brooks (203-87, college: Northwestern St.) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds. Brooks is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American center Reginald Brown (202-91) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds and Spanish-American forward Duane James (196-83, college: Binghamton) added 16 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for the guests. Five Bufalos players scored in double figures.

Guard Dayton Cacho (G) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Jinotega and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 2. He had the game-high 40 points adding four assists for Jinotega in his team's victory, helping them to beat Toros (#4, 1-2) 82-77. The game was between two of the league's top four teams.
