Puerto Rican Power Forward Ricardo Sanchez (212-C/F-87, agency: BeoBasket) will be one of the three imports of Caballos de Cocle Aguadulce that will battle in group B in the Liga de las Americas, they will be with Guaros de Lara from Venezuela the defending champions, Fuerza Regia Monterrey of Mexico will be the host with a very strong team and Colegio Los Leones de Quilpue from Chile.

Ricardo Sanchez will be a good addition because of size and good perimeter shooting, he is part of the Puerto Rican National team and has a lot of international experience in this tournament and in countries like Argentina, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

His last team was Fuerza Regia Monterrey a team he will has to face in the first round, he posted in 7 games 7.4 points per game, 4.1 rebounds per game and 2.9 assists per game, he left the team in a mutual agreement.

Former international Point guard Daniel Munoz (175-PG-84) put on an amazing game in the last round for Toros, receiving a Latinbasket.com Player of the Week award for round 2. The 33-year old player was the main contributor (38 points, four rebounds and nine assists) to his team's victory, helping them to edge out Correcaminos (1-1) 93-91.
