Colonias Unidas celebrate National U18 title in Paraguay. In the last game they overcame San Lorenzo 85-57. Colonias Unidas dominated the whole game and rightfully clinched the trophy. Encarnacion finished second beating Pilar 85-69 as the latter clinched third position. Concepcion ended up on the 4th place.   [read more]
Metropolitan League Round 12: Olimpia keeps a leadership position - 6 days ago
The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Olimpia as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Olimpia defeated 4th ranked Libertad in Asuncion 110-99. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Libertad. The game without a history. Olimpia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Metropolitan League Round 11: San Jose keeps a leadership position - 10 days ago
Coincidentally all hosts won their games. The game had a very big importance for third-ranked San Jose as it allowed them to take a leadership position. San Jose smashed bottom-ranked Dep.Capiata in Asuncion 104-37. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Olimpia. Dep.Capiata at the other side still closes the standings with eight games lost.
