What a coincidence that all visitors won their games.

Third ranked Inmaculada blasted bottom-ranked El Bosque (0-6) in 100-26 on Wednesday evening. El Bosque is still unable to win any game. Inmaculada have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. El Bosque at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
The game in was also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked EOFap (3-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Sub-17 (2-4). EOFap defeated Sub-17 61-51. EOFap moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Regatas. Sub-17 at the other side stay at the bottom position with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

Regatas Lima (LBL) signed 24-year old American forward Lyonell Gaines (198-100kg-93, college: Morehead State). He played last season at Worthing Thunder in British NBL D1. In 22 games he was the best scorer with impressive 31.9ppg and averaged 11.0rpg (#3 in the league), 2.4apg and 2.3spg (in top 4). The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Lima: EOFap (#2) and Real Club (#4). Real Club was crushed at home by 29 points 39-68 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. EOFap maintains second place with 5-3 record having just one point less than leader Regatas. Real Club lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with seven games lost. Country Club de Trujillo wins Group A of LNB and together with Club Inmaculada de Lima advanced to the next stage. Country Club de Trujillo won all three games to finish with a 3-0 record. In the last game they beat Inmaculada 77-69. Pastorino and Robert Yriarte (201-F-89) top-scored for the winners with 13 points each.
