LBL Round 7: Leader Inmaculada loses to Regatas - May 5, 2016

Top ranked Inmaculada (8-3) recorded its third loss in Lima on Wednesday night. Visitors were rolled over by fourth ranked Regatas (7-3) 82-61. Regatas have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Ejercito. Inmaculada at the other side still keeps top position with three games lost. They share it with Real Club. Regatas will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Inmaculada's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Lima El Bosque.

El Bosque was crushed at home by 44 points 67-111 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Real Club (8-3) used an opportunity after Inmaculada lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. El Bosque at the other side still closes the standings with 11 games lost. El Bosque's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Lima to the arena Inmaculada.

Osos de La Salle (LNB) inked 24-year old American center Chase Mounce (208-107kg-93, college: Tusculum). He just graduated from Tusculum College (NCAA2). Mounce has played there for the last five years. He played 24 games where he averaged 9.8ppg, 6.1rpg, 1.5apg and 1.1bpg last season. Club Atletico Temperley (TNA) inked 25-year old American forward Lleon Tillman (198-88kg-92, college: W.Alabama). He played in the summer at San Jose in Peruvian LNB league. The last season Tillman played at Cantbasket in Spanish EBA where in 25 games he recorded 11.5ppg, 8.9rpg, 1.6apg and 1.2spg. He played in the final of GSC Tournament in 2015.
