Miami Heat inked 23-year old naturalized Virgin Islander forward Marcus Georges-Hunt (196-97kg-94, college: Georgia Tech) to a 10-day deal. He played recently at Maine Red Claws. In 32 D-League games he recorded very impressive stats: 16.4ppg, 5.8rpg, 4.2apg and 1.0spg this season. A very good year in his career as he was voted to D-League All-Star Game. Georges-Hunt was called during the season by the Boston Celtics.
He has never been drafted by the NBA.
Georges-Hunt graduated from Georgia Tech in 2016 and it is his first season in pro basketball.
His game is described as: Varied skill set, size, strength and athletic ability, his ability to score in a variety of ways and ability to create shots for teammates.

SAN ANTONIO - Time flies when you're having fun and that can't be more true for Tim Duncan who was drafted by the Spurs 20 years ago.
