Team Blue wins All Star Game 2016 in Uruguay. They overcame White squad 119-115 due to the final push at the end of the game. Team Blue started the game better and grabbed a 37-32 lead at the end of the first period. White squad replied with a 27-22 rally in the second frame to tie the game at the halftime. Moreover the latter posted a 26-22 run to take a 4-point advantage before the final period. Only due to 38-30 rally in the last period Blue sealed the victory. Nicolas Mazzarino (184-G-75) of Team White was named the MVP.
Rodney Alexander (201-F-87, college: Oklahoma City) top-scored for the winners with 25 points, while Santiago Moglia (196-F-89) notched 20. Omar Canton (206-C-82) followed them with 18, whilst Emilio Taboada (191-F-82, agency: Pro Sports) and SHAQUILE JOHNSON posted 16 each. Anthony Young (200-F-89, college: Ky Wesleyan, agency: Interperformances) answered with 19 points in a loss and Kyle Lamonte (191-G-84, college: William Carey) brought 18.

Defensor Sporting Club Montevideo (LUB) landed 30-year old British international forward Matthew Bryan-Amaning (205-109kg-88, college: Washington).
