Rodney Alexander (201-F-87, college: Illinois) of Club Atletico Olimpia Montevideo has been chosen by latinbasket.com as the Latin American MVP for December. American forward played 4 games last month averaging impressive 31.3ppg, 14.5rpg, 3.5apg while shooting 67.2% from the field and 87.8% from the free throw line. His team managed to win all 4 games. Alexander is averaging 24.6ppg and 12.9rpg so far this season.

Second best performer of December was Anthony Laveal Johnson (203-C-88, college: Fairfield) of Weber Bahia. American big man had solid individual perfmrance last month and finished it with the averages of 18.2ppg, 11.3rpg, 1.5apg while shooting 59.5% from the field.
