#1. This week's number one is former international guard Jayson Granger (189-89, currently plays in Euroleague). Granger led his Turkish team Anadolu Efes to a victory over the 14th-ranked Maccabi T-A (9-17) 92-87 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game.
He was MVP of the game. Granger scored 22 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 27 minutes on the court.
Anadolu Efes Istanbul (14-12) is placed eighth in the Euroleague.

#2. Second place goes to an international center Mathias Calfani (204-92, agency: Pro Sports, currently plays in Argentina). He contributed to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked La Union (9-24) crushing them 88-64 in the Argentinian LigaA last Saturday.
Calfani scored 12 points, grabbed 6 boards, handed out 3 passes and blocked 2 shots.
San Lorenzo de Almagra (27-12) is placed first in Sur group.
It's Calfani's first season with the team.
His overall stats this year are: 10.0ppg, 6.8rpg, 1.8apg, 1.2bpg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 63.0%(102-162), 3FGP: 33.8% and FT: 64.8%.
Calfani is in the roster of the Uruguayan senior national team.
#3. The Uruguayan player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard Bruno Fitipaldo (183-91, also represented by Pro Sports, currently plays in Euroleague). He contributed to Galatasaray's surprising victory against the third-ranked Olympiacos (18-8) 80-71 in the Euroleague on Friday night.
Fitipaldo scored 6 points in only 7 minutes.
Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul (9-17) is placed 13th in the Euroleague.

Despite his very good performance the ninth-placed Ciclista (17-22) was edged 73-70 on their home court in Juninense by the higher-ranked (#8) Centro Deportivo Rivadavia de Mendoza in the South group.
Newsome was the top scorer with 24 points. He also added 8 rebounds in 34 minutes.
Newsome has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 18.5ppg, 7.1rpg and 1.8apg in 10 games.
Newsome is a naturalized American.

#6. Center Gonzalo Iglesias (201-93, currently plays in Argentina) is a teammate of previously mentioned Luciano Parodi. But that was another game of his team in Argentinian LigaA which we would like to mention.
Iglesias managed to help Weber Bahia Blanca Basket to win against the 14th-ranked Estudiantes Concordia (13-19) crushing them 89-55.
He scored only 3 points and blocked 2 shots.
Weber Bahia Blanca Basket (17-17) is placed ninth in the LigaA.
Iglesias' total stats this season are: 2.4ppg and 1.6rpg.
He is an international player who is currently on the senior Uruguayan National Team roster.
#7. International center Nicolas Borsellino (202-86, another player represented by Pro Sports, currently plays in Argentina) helped Union SF win their game against the ninth-ranked Villa San Martin (18-19) 94-86 in the Argentinian TNA (second division) last Tuesday.

In four games he averaged 7.0ppg and 4.3rpg (leader !!!) last season. He received also Eurobasket.com All-Finnish 1st Division B Honorable Mention award in 2017. Among other achievements Daniels' team made it to the MWC Tournament Semifinals for two years in a row (2015 and 2016). Daniels graduated from Colorado State in 2016 and it will be his second season in pro basketball.
