Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Uruguayans who are currently playing abroad.

Mathias Calfani
Mathias Calfani
#1. This week's number one is an international center Mathias Calfani (204-92, agency: Pro Sports, currently plays in Argentina). He could not help San Lorenzo (30-15) in their last game. Despite Calfani's very good performance the first-placed San Lorenzo (30-15) was edged 100-99 at home by the much lower-ranked (#9) Atenas in the Sur group. He recorded 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks in 23 minutes on the court. Calfani has relatively good stats this year: 10.3ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.8apg, 1.3bpg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 65.4%(125-191), 3FGP: 34.1% and FT: 66.3% in 39 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Uruguayan senior national team.

Esteban Batista

Despite his good performance Umana Venezia was defeated 88-80 on the road by the leading Armani Milano. Batista scored 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This season Batista averages: 7.0ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.5apg, 2FGP: 55.6%. He has a dual citizenship: Uruguayan and Spanish. Batista is in the roster of the Uruguayan senior national team.
