Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Uruguayans who are currently playing abroad.

Jayson Granger
Jayson Granger
#1. This week's number one is former international guard Jayson Granger (189-89, currently plays in Turkey). Granger led Anadolu Efes to an easy victory against the 14th-ranked Trabzonspor (8-18) crushing them 100-77 in the Turkish BSL in Friday night's game. He scored 11 points and added 7 passes in 23 minutes on the court. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (22-4) is placed second in the BSL. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This year Granger averages: 8.7ppg, 2.6rpg, 5.3apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 45.0%, 3FGP: 40.7% and FT: 73.5% in 22 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Uruguayan and Italian. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
