Keving
Palacios
Marinos de Anzoategui (LPB) tabbed 33-year old international power forward Keving Palacios (201-102kg-84, college: S.Carolina). It is actually his comeback to Puerto La Cruz as he has played here before. Palacios played in the summer at Broncos in Venezuelan LNB league. He managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!). Palacios helped them to win the LNB title (twice) (also twice). He also spent pre-season at Halcones (Liga DirecTV) in Colombian league that year. The other team Palacios played that season for was Piratas in Colombian Liga DirecTV where in 10 games he averaged 14.0ppg, 6.0rpg and 2.2apg.
Palacios was a member of Venezuelan international program for some years. He was called to Venezuelan Senior National Team between 2003 and 2015 and previously for U21 National Team in 2004.
Palacios is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Mexico, Poland and Uruguay (Aguada) and Venezuela (Panteras, Guaiqueries, Gigantes, Bucaneros and Atleticos).
Palacios attended University of South Carolina until 2006 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
Let's have closer look into His outlook: Has size and quickness to become a star at small forward; has yet the personality to ask the ball in clutch times; needs to imporve his shooting range, because his future is at 3 position, and maybe at 2.
