Antigua claimed the opening victory at the 2015 CBC Championship. They beat St. Vincent and the Grenadines in overtime in Group A opener. Kebra Nanton (82) posted 30 points to pace the winners.
Antigua earned a 15:10 lead after the opening quarter. They maintained the lead throughout the second term. Antigua accumulated a 24:18 halftime lead. St. Vincent and the Grenadines cut the distance at 3-point mark at the third break. St. Vincent and the Grenadines dropped 22 points in the fourth frame to force overtime. But Antigua sank 16 points in the extra period to seal the victory. Amanda Edwards (88) had 20 points, while Dalia Clarke (78) added 8 points in the win. Sheldeen Joseph (167-G-92) responded with 21 points for St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Vasha Adams (183-F/C-83) had 17 points and 21 rebounds in the loss.
