The games are now more important than at the beginning of the Regular Season. We may still expect few shocking results in upcoming 3 rounds. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.
ABBA top team - Cutie Ovals Ojays (13-1) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat seventh ranked Ottos (6-7) 80-73. Cutie Ovals Ojays made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 30 Ottos turnovers. American guard Joshua Minner (198-90, college: MidAmerica Ch.) had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import point guard Jermaine Bolden (178-86, college: Morgan St.) chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 8 steals during the contest. Adriel Inirio responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Cutie Ovals Ojays have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-1 record. Ottos lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with seven games lost. Cutie Ovals Ojays are looking forward to face HS Outlaws (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Ottos will play against Baldwin Braves and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Potters S. (12-3) played at the court of 8th ranked HS Outlaws (3-13). Potters S. did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 89-72. The former international guard Kareem Edwards (193-90) notched 26 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and Jacob Llyod supported him with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Even 25 points and 6 rebounds by Ishaan Peets did not help to save the game for HS Outlaws. Potters S. maintains second position with 12-3 record behind leader Cutie Ovals Ojays. HS Outlaws at the other side keep the eighth place with 13 games lost. Potters S. will play against Yorks Crushers (#6) in the next round. HS Outlaws will play against the league's leader Cutie Ovals Ojays and hope to get back on the winning track.
Third ranked Flyers (11-3) crushed at home 9th ranked Freetown T. (2-10) by 34 points 91-57, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The best player for the winners was Torey Fassett who had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. Flyers' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Humroy Wright produced 16 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. Flyers have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains third position with 11-3 record having just two points less than leader Cutie Ovals Ojays. Freetown T. lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with ten games lost. Flyers will meet Stingerz (#4) in the next round. Freetown T. will play against Baldwin Braves (#5) and hope to secure a win.
In the last two games of round 14 Ottos lost to Yorks Crushers on the opponent's court 57-74. Stingerz outscored Baldwin Braves in a home game 85-63.

There was a minor upset when their close opponent Ottos (6-7) were defeated on the road by seventh ranked Yorks Crushers (7-8) 74-57 on Thursday. Yorks Crushers dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Ottos' 34. Yorks Crushers forced 26 Ottos turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Yorks Crushers made 9 blocks. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Decosta Walbrook who scored 18 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Cohen Desouza chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds. American guard Troy Vasco (196) produced 22 points, 7 rebounds and 7 blocks and the former international center Mahijah Davis (195-77, college: Cent.Oklahoma) added 9 points and 15 rebounds respectively for the guests.
