Minner's 30-point game gives him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

33-year old American guard Joshua Minner (198-G-1990) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked LJ Northside Stingerz and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
He had the game-high 30 points adding six rebounds and four assists for Stingerz in his team's victory, helping them to crush Slam (#5, 1-7) with 22-point margin 83-61. Stingerz maintains the 2nd position in Antiguan league. They are still close to the very top. Stingerz would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 7-1 record. In the team's last game Minner had a remarkable 76.9% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 7 attempts. He just recently signed at Stingerz, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Mid-America Christian University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Slam managed to keep the same 5th spot in the standings. 7 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Slam managed to get this year. Third place about best performers goes to guard Donte Trimingham (G) of league's leader Flyers Basketball. Trimingham scored 25 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. He was a key player of Flyers, leading his team to a 97-49 easy win against #4 ranked Ottos in a game of the week. Flyers have amazing season winning all 7 games without a single defeat. Trimingham turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Trimingham has a very solid season. In 7 games in Antigua he scored 10.6ppg.
