ABA top team - Potters S. (8-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed eighth ranked Ottos (0-9) 98-50. Potters S. held Ottos to an opponent 22.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 49.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Potters S. forced 19 Ottos turnovers and outrebounded them 81-33 including a 28-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Potters S. made 7 blocks. Guard Keroi Lee orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 21 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international forward Cohen Desouza (201-1994) contributed with 19 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Akeem Davis replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds for Ottos. Undefeated Potters S. have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-0 record. Ottos at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost.

Worth to mention a great performance of guard Steven Matthew who helped to win the game recording 23 points and Bernard Andrew who added 6 points and 21 rebounds during the contest. Guard Warren Bogle responded with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Spanish Heat moved-up to third place, which they share with DA-Project. Ottos at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost.

The winners were led by Kebo Orford who scored that evening 29 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Even a double-double of 30 points and 11 rebounds by Ammiel Williams did not help to save the game for Stingerz. Lava SSW moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Slam. Stingerz lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with eight games lost.




Stingerz - Lava SSW 90-102

The game in was also quite interesting. Sixth ranked Lava SSW (3-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Stingerz (2-8). Lava SSW defeated Stingerz 102-90 on Thursday. Lava SSW forced 21 Stingerz turnovers and had a 38-25 advantage in offensive rebounds. Lava SSW looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Stingerz's players. The winners were led by forward Kebo Orford who scored that evening 29 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Lincoln Weekes supported him with 29 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 30 points and 11 rebounds by guard Ammiel Williams did not help to save the game for Stingerz. Alexander Fuller added 20 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the hosts. Four Stingerz players scored in double figures. Lava SSW moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Slam.
