Eighth-ranked Ottos (2-12) made lots of trouble for fifth ranked Slam (6-6) on Saturday. Slam managed to secure only one-point victory 98-97. However their fans expected easier game. Slam forced 31 Ottos turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Guard Humroy Wright fired a double-double by scoring 42 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds for the winners. Guard Iornie Joseph chipped in 21 points and 30 rebounds. Guard Akeem Davis produced a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 18 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals for lost side. Slam have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Ottos at the other side stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in . Second ranked Potters S. faced 3rd placed DA-Project. Host Potters S. (12-1) smashed guests from (8-5) 81-60. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of DA-Project. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Cohen Desouza (201-1994) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Marlon Charles contributed with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. T-shawn Lewis answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds for DA-Project. Potters S. maintains second place with 12-1 record having just four point less than leader Flyers. Newly promoted DA-Project keeps the third position with five games lost.
